  • Yoga x Kettlebells

A playful twist to Vinyasa Yoga Flow adding the use of Kettlebells (dumbbells are fine too if you don't have kettlebells available and no weights is also fine) to strengthen the body whilst mindfully connecting each movement to the breath. Come with an open mind and you will find yourself surprised at how well the two work together.

  • Slow and Gentle Flow

Slow down and breathe. This flow is designed to help you relax and wind down whilst still consciously moving and nourishing your body. Great for beginners as it's not as fast pasted as a dynamic vinyasa flow and will give you the time to slowly move from one pose to the next. Plenty of time to rest and reconnect to the breath and a longer Savasana at the end.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin is a static and passive style of yoga where postures are held in stillness for at least 2 minutes and above, tapping into the deeper connective tissue layers of our body (tendons, ligaments and fascia). When practicing Yin Yoga, muscles should be completely disengaged, allowing sensations and emotions to arise. Yin Yoga integrates ancient meridian theory from Chinese Medicine with musculoskeletal anatomy. Many students find in Yin Yoga a healing process across the mental, spiritual and physical layers of ourselves. Yin is accessible to students of all ages and experience levels. I will guide you through each Yin experience offering different options and always providing a safe and effective explanation of each posture and linked benefits.

  • Mandala Vinyasa

A creative and fluid style of Vinyasa Yoga built to flow around the mat 360 degrees. Each week we will be focusing on one of the 5 great elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth) according to the Mayan Calendar. Each element corresponds to a Chakra and a specific target area of the gross and subtle body. Each session will start and finish with deep stretches drawing from Yin to allow the body to warm up and cool down after the dynamic Mandala salutations. The focus of the class will rotate: Water Mandala Focus on groin and adductors through hip openers - Svādhiṣṭhāna Chakra (Sacral) Fire Element Focus on Glutes and IT Bands through twists and binds - Maṇipūra Chakra (Solar Plexus) Air Mandala Focus on Quads and Hip Flexors through backbends - Anāhata Chakra (Heart) Earth Mandala Focus on Hamstrings through Forward Folds - Mūlādhāra Chakra (Root) Ether Mandala A blend of all of the above to reach higher Chakras Mandala is my favourite style as it personally balances the body and the mind like no other so I hope you will love it too.
